Our approach
Marc Pettersson speaks passionately about Difficult Conversations and has conducted these specific workshops since 2019 to a diverse audience.
Are you in any of these situations:
You are suffering because of another person's behavior, a person you need to interact with also in the future
Work performance is suffering and needs to be addressed
You are in a relationship where tensions are building up
Need to deliver bad news, and want to keep good relations with the counterpart after the news is out
Collaboration with a colleague/boss/worker/peer is under strain

What our participants have asked
The topic of difficult conversations is complex, consisting of a fascinating mix of communications topics. There are closely related topics like; negotiations, public speaking and dating advice, that have this characteristic. Listening, communicating clearly verbally, body language, compassion, situation awareness and psychology are required.
The course is composed of bits from all these fields, adapted to provide practical advice that follows a curriculum that is easy to apply for your next conversation.
On the ´Good reads´ page you can find great material, by masters in the field.
The topic is relevant for anybody.
The presentation is built from a professional (private, public, organizations) perspective - how to engage with people you are obliged to collaborate with. And with examples of conflicts commonly encountered in the professional fields.
Still, all that you learn will also apply to private life.
Yes, that is possible. Please write me on the form below with your specific request.
The number of participants can vary, have been done from 3 to 15, with the ideal size 5-10 people. There is an extended, half-day, version of the public workshop with longer individualized sessions and more time spent on preparing for an actual upcoming conversation.
Depending on the event, please follow the links to the booking page.
